Reading List
Heyy, long time no see. Missed me?
This one is gonna be short won't be too long anyway, just a list of what I'm currently reading and already read so far this year
Yeah, I tend to start reading a lot of things at the same time and end up taking months (or even over a year) to finish anyone of them haha
12 year old me won't be proud. Hopefully, I can get better someday
Currently reading
âšī¸ All the book links in this post are directed to Apple books cos that's the platform I currently use for my reading |

- Crime and Punishment (opens in a new tab)
- I got to know about Fyodor Dostoevsky's legendary books on Lex's podcast (opens in a new tab)
- I'm like 25% through, and it's been quite a good read
- It's a thought provoking read for people that like to contemplate the meaning of life, cause and effect, obstrusive thoughts, depression, and so on
- The Brothers Karazamov (opens in a new tab)
- I technically just started this, but I intend to read it over the next few months
- Lex and Jordan debated if it's the greatest book ever written, so of course I'm excited about reading it
- Invested (opens in a new tab)
- My managers at work recommended this book to me in March (iirc)
- I have been it since then, and it's increased my interest in Investing đ
- I'm only about 20% in, and I'm yet to crack the secret code to investing that I expect to be buried somewhere in there, but it's been a good read so far
- The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck (opens in a new tab)
- 47% through and yes, it's got a shit ton of f-bombs
- It's thought provoking though, makes you think about how many f's you give that you shouldn't and vice versa
- Financial Freedom (opens in a new tab)
- I started this last year, but I'm only 54% through lol
- However, this book made me wake up to the fact that I was not paying attention to my financial future
- I highly recommend it!
Already read this year
- The Art of War (opens in a new tab)
- First Audiobook I completed. I will stick to non-audio books henceforth
- It was a bit complicated for me tbh, since I'm not a Roman emperor đ and the book is basically about war strategy
- However, there are lots of concepts you can transfer to business and daily life
- I also think that because it was an Audiobook, I did not digest a lot of the concepts properly, since I sometimes listened passilvely while doing other things
- The Floating Outfit 4: Goodnight's Dream (opens in a new tab)
- The Floating Outfit 3: A Horse Called Mogollon (opens in a new tab)
- If you ever wondered where the nickname Lon came from, the Floating Outfit series by J.T Edson is your answer đ
